Day of coordination

Starting at $750

  • Begins 4–8 weeks before the wedding

  • Final venue walkthrough

  • Creation of detailed wedding-day timeline

  • Contacting and confirming all vendors

  • Rehearsal coordination (1 hour)

  • Full wedding-day management (8–10 hours)

  • Distribute final payments/gratuities

  • Manage transitions, cues, wedding party, décor setup, etc.

Partial planning

Starting at $1,500

  • Everything in Day-Of Coordination

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Up to~15 hours of planning support outside of the wedding day

  • Unlimited email support

  • Assistance with a few key planning tasks like:

    • Budget guidance

    • Monthly check-ins

    • Help with layout and floorplan

    • Help reviewing vendor contracts

Full planning

Starting at $2,000

  • Everything in Partial Planning + Day-Of

  • Full vendor sourcing and booking help

  • Budget creation & ongoing tracking

  • Design board + décor execution

  • Unlimited planning meetings

  • Attendance at major vendor meetings

  • Venue scouting (if needed)

  • Full timeline & logistics management

  • Managing RSVPs or seating chart (optional add-on)

  • 10–12 hours on wedding day
